EasyTalent provides an easy and intuitive interface for managing background verifications.
This would include, but not limited to:

Candidate background screening

Police verification

Professional and personal reference screening

Identity proof and Address check

Education and academic verification

Court record verification

EasyTalent has a separate role of Background Verifier. Background Verifier is added into the system by the organization’s Admin Each Background Verifier has his/her own account and login credentials

Recruiter:

The recruiter can define whether a job requires background verification and the documents that need to be uploaded by candidates. He can also assign one or more background verifiers for the job

EasyTalent allows the recruiter to specify if the verification must be completed before commencement of the two-way interview or after its completion.

If the before option is specified, EasyTalent will allow only those candidates who have been verified as OK to proceed to the two-way interview stage

If recruiter specifies that the verification can be completed after the two-way interview, all candidates would be permitted to proceed for two-way interview. After, completion of the two-way interview, the recruiter can select the candidates who would need to be background verified.

Background Verifier:

When the verifier logs into the system, he is taken to his personal dashboard, where he can see the list of jobs slated for background verification. For each job, there are specific instructions by the recruiter on what kind of verification is required to be done.

On clicking on any job, the verifier is shown a list of candidates on whom the verification is required to be carried out, along with their documents.

The verifier has option to download the list of all these candidates into an excel document

After completing the verification, the verifier can log into EasyTalent and input his remarks about the candidate and/or upload the candidate report document.

EasyTalent allows you to track the entire background checking process right from the Recruiter’s dashboard. You can monitor whether, and when, the background check has been requested, and its current status. With the click of a button, you can easily view what kind of background check you requested and the details of the background verifier who have been allotted the task.
